Affiliations. AExpress Ltd is a private company and is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan or any governmental agency. The service fee we charge covers application review, error checking, and submission assistance, and is separate from the official Government fee payable to the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Government” refers to the central governing authority and any governmental agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including without limitation any official entities responsible for immigration control, enforcement of immigration laws, Electronic Travel Document application processing, and border security.
No legal advice. Our Services do not constitute legal, immigration, or any other professional advice. If your circumstances involve criminal records, prior travel document refusals, complex residency or immigration history, family law issues, or any other matter requiring professional opinion, we recommend that you consult a qualified attorney or an authorised immigration adviser before applying for any travel document.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Website or purchasing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.
3. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your Service.
4. Our Services
4.1 General.
AExpress Ltd provides professional assistance services (the “Service”) for international travellers in connection with applying for an Electronic Travel Document, a document approved and issued by the destination country that allows a foreign national to enter for a limited period. These Terms apply specifically to Customers using the Service in relation to the Republic of Azerbaijan. AExpress Ltd is a private company and is not operated, sponsored, affiliated, endorsed, or owned by any government.
4.2 Scope of the Service.
Our travel-assistance service includes:
- Information services regarding entry requirements and current travel documentation procedures
- Document preparation review and accuracy verification
- Identification of common errors before submission
- Compliance verification against the Government's current requirements
- Support to the Customer in completing and submitting the required information
- Order updates and Customer communication while the Customer's request is in progress
- Delivery of the issued document to the Customer
4.3 Customer Acknowledgments.
By using the Service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Our Service is limited to reviewing the information the Customer provides for compliance with the Government's requirements.
- The approval or denial of an application for an entry authorisation is the exclusive competence of the Government, made in accordance with its security and immigration laws.
- Processing times are determined by the Government and are beyond our reasonable control.
- We do not influence the Government's approval decisions or processing times.
- Possession of an issued document does not guarantee entry to Azerbaijan; the decision to permit entry rests solely with border officers of the Government.
- The Customer is responsible for verifying that all information provided in the application, and in any document subsequently issued, is accurate and complete before travel.
- The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions established by the Government concerning applying for and using entry authorisations, and the conditions of entry to Azerbaijan.
- Customers with dual or multiple citizenships must choose the nationality of the passport they intend to travel on. If the passport used for travel differs from the one indicated in the application, the issued document may be rendered invalid.
- If the Customer detects inaccurate or incomplete information after submission, the Customer must contact our customer service immediately. We will use reasonable efforts to help correct any deficiency, provided the Customer notifies us in time. The Customer remains responsible for verifying the final issued document.
- The Customer may submit applications on behalf of other persons (e.g., family members). A separate Service Fee applies for each application.
- The Service relies on third-party providers, including the Government's application portal and payment processors. The treatment of the Customer's personal information by such third parties is outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. Eligibility
Electronic Travel Documents are issued only to nationals of countries approved by the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Eligibility requirements, including approved nationalities, supporting document requirements, and conditions of entry, are determined solely by the Government and are subject to change without notice.
It is the Customer's sole responsibility to verify that they meet all eligibility requirements before submitting an application. We do not assess or guarantee individual eligibility, and the Service Fee is not a guarantee of approval.
5.1 Changing Entry Requirements.
From time to time, the Government may introduce or modify visa-free entry arrangements, exemptions, or special conditions for certain nationalities, including limited-entry visa-free arrangements with specific stay durations or annual entry caps. It is the Customer's responsibility to determine, based on their specific nationality, travel history, and intended duration of stay, whether an entry authorisation is required for their trip. We do not track individual entry histories, assess personal eligibility, or advise on visa-free entitlements. No refund or liability arises from a Customer's failure to correctly assess their own entry requirements.
6. Fees and Payment
The total amount payable for the Service consists of two components: (a) the official Government fee, which is passed through unchanged to the Government, and (b) our service fee.
The total fee depends on the processing tier selected by the Customer:
| Processing Tier | Time | Government Fee | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard eVisa | 3-5 working days | $30.00 | $69.00 |
| Urgent eVisa | 12 hours | $71.20 | $139.00 |
| Express eVisa | 3-5 hours | $71.20 | $169.00 |
Our service fee covers application review, document verification, processing oversight, Customer support, and delivery of the issued document.
Payment terms. The Service begins only after full payment has been received and authorised. By confirming payment, the Customer authorises us to commence the Service immediately. The Service Fee may be updated from time to time; updated fees apply only to applications submitted after the change and are not retroactive.
7. Refund Policy
Government fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the Government. Service fees are non-refundable in cases where the Government rejects the application, as the Service has already been performed.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of confirmed ineligibility identified before submission. Once the Service has commenced, cancellation is not possible.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers). Pursuant to Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, by placing an order and accepting these Terms, the Customer expressly requests that AExpress Ltd begin processing the application immediately upon receipt of payment, and expressly acknowledges that the right of withdrawal under that Directive will be lost once the Service has been fully performed by AExpress Ltd. The Service is considered fully performed when AExpress Ltd has submitted the application to the relevant Government authority. Until submission has occurred, the Customer retains the right to cancel within 14 days of contract conclusion for a refund of the Service Fee. After submission, the Customer waives the right of withdrawal in accordance with the express request and acknowledgement above.
8. Chargebacks
The Customer agrees to contact our customer service before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact or valid justification, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of Service delivery. We may also refuse the Customer access to future Services.
9. Sanctions
We do not provide the Service to individuals or entities subject to international sanctions, including those imposed by the United Kingdom, European Union, United Nations, or United States.
10. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Use the same passport for the application and for travel
- Verify all details in the issued document before travel
- Notify us promptly of any errors or inaccuracies in the application or issued document
If incorrect or incomplete information is identified, we will use reasonable efforts to assist in correcting the issue. The Customer remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted and for verification of the final issued document.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party systems, including the Government's application portal, payment processors, and other technical providers. We are not responsible for disruptions, errors, or delays caused by such third parties or for any consequences arising from their availability or performance.
12. Termination and Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel the Service at our discretion, including in cases of:
- suspected fraud or abuse
- failure of the Customer to provide required information or documentation
- ineligibility based on Government requirements
- breach of these Terms by the Customer
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In the event of cancellation under any of the above grounds, the Service Fee will not be reimbursed.

Possession of an issued Electronic Travel Document does not guarantee entry to Azerbaijan. The decision to permit entry rests solely with border officers of the Government.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AExpress Ltd's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the Service Fee paid by the Customer in respect of that specific application.
16. Indemnification

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between AExpress Ltd and the Customer concerning the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or communications between the parties on the subject matter.
