Where your order is up to
Every order gets a number the moment it is placed, and it arrives in your confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout. That number, plus the email address you used, is all you need to look your order up here at any time.
There is no need to keep checking. An email goes out whenever your order moves, and the finished document lands in your inbox as a PDF once it is ready. The tracker is here for the moments in between, when you just want to see that everything is on track.
This tracker covers orders placed on this website only. If an application was made directly or through a different provider, that provider is the place to check on it.
What each stage means
- Received
- Your order is in and paid for, and your details and photo are being looked over so that everything is in good order before it moves on. There is nothing for you to do at this stage, and if anything does need a small adjustment, you will hear about it first.
- In progress
- Your details have been checked and your order is being handled. This is the stage that takes the time, and how long it lasts depends on the service level you chose at checkout.
- Completed
- Your order is finished and the documents have been emailed to you as a PDF. It is worth saving a copy to your phone and printing one for your records, so you always have it to hand.
How long each service level takes
Standard orders are normally back within a few working days. Urgent and express orders are normally back in a matter of hours rather than days. Weekends and public holidays can add time to a standard order, so an order placed late on a Friday may not move until the following week.
If your travel date is close, the faster service levels exist for exactly that situation, and the sooner an order is placed the more room there is.
If nothing has arrived
Check your spam folder first. Order confirmations and finished documents are the two emails most likely to end up there, and that accounts for the large majority of "nothing has arrived" enquiries.
If it genuinely is not there, look your order up above and then get in touch with your order number. Documents can be resent to you directly, including through the chat on this site.
Common questions
- How will the finished document arrive?
- An approved eVisa is sent to the email address on the order as a PDF. If it is not in the inbox within the expected time, it is worth checking the spam or junk folder, and once it arrives, saving a copy to a phone as well as printing one is the safest approach.
- Can an order placed elsewhere be tracked here?
- This tracker covers orders placed on this website only. For an application made directly or through a different provider, that provider is the place to check on it.
- What happens if an application is not approved?
- If an application is declined, an email explains the reason. Depending on what it says, a fresh order can be started, and help is available through the contact page or the chat on this site at any point.
- Can the details be changed after an order is placed?
- Once an order is submitted the details are locked and cannot be edited afterwards. If something needs correcting, the usual route is a new order with the right information.
